Runner 2026: One Mission, No Easy Way Out

Some action movies are all about big set pieces. Others work because you actually care about whether the characters will make it to the end. Runner 2026 tries to bring both sides together.

The story puts Hank Malone and Ben Bishop on the same journey, even though they seem like an unlikely team. Hank has a military background, while Ben works in organ transplantation. Neither one expects a routine medical mission to turn into a dangerous chase.

Things get worse when a cartel begins hunting them. Suddenly, finishing the delivery becomes much more important than simply getting from one place to another. There is a young girl waiting for the medical help, so stopping is not really an option.
